Hi! No matter how I try, I cannot receive this transponder (11568 V). A search just results in "0 services found". I am located in the north of Sweden, and other transponders on Astra 1L's Europe. Ku-band beam are fine. Does anyone else have this problem? I have a Vu Uno 4k and a Vu Zero 4k box.

@Webmaster I have done manual scans of the transponder on several occasions for a couple of weeks, updated satellites.xml and even added the transponder to my list using Dreamset Editor. Still, no luck. If you or anyone comes up with something, please write me a line.

I have a CGV Premio HD W-5 satellite receiver. I receive the Astra satellite at 19 degrees E. I watch French and Russian channels. Since the 24/09/2019 the video codecs on the Russian has been changed from MPEG – 4 to HECV. I have sound only on the Russian channels, but no vision Is there a way of updating the video codecs of this receiver to HECV? Do you know of a software update, or do I have to buy a new satellite receiver?

You have a TNT Sat receiver, software updating are made automatically by satellite. But we think an update will not make it compatible with HEVC. There is an official forum in French for CGV: • CGV Forum — Premio SAT HD-W5 In our opinion you need a satellite receiver (or a TV with a satellite tuner built-in) with HEVC compatibility from the beginning. In any case these Russian channels on 11568 V can be encrypted or left in the near future.
