Television Satelllite Channels

I have a Comag hd-s ci100 receiver with a 75 cm dish. I live just outside of Cardiff UK. I cannot receive Kazakh tv on hd on the hotbird satellite. I entered the correct frequency, symbol rate, but blank screen. When I did a search for this channel on the Comag, it said "no service". I used to receive it in standard definition on hotbird. But transmission in this standard has ceased. Is the frequency wrong? Do I need to adjust the lnb frequency range? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks Martin.

I have "lost" Kazakh TV for several months. Apparently it is on Hotbird 13 transponder 121. My problem is I can only get as high as transponder 112. How do I get transponder 121?

Transponder 121 (TID 12100) is an identifier, not the number assigned by your decoder in the TP list. Search in the TP List this one: • 10930 H 30000 Verify the parameters or add it if it doesn't exist. ··· Frequency and polarisation: 10930 MHz Horizontal ··· Symbol Rate and FEC: 30000 kS/s 2/3 ··· Standard and modulation: DVB-S2 8PSK And launch a scan.
