What do you mean? Where are you? How big is your dish?
Cables attenuate higher frequency signals more than lower frequency signals.
How long is the cable run from the dish to the receiver? A quality coaxial cable?
The corresponding IF frequency for 12692 MHz H transponder is rather high: 2092 MHz.
