Why can't we find KBS World on our OSN? Please help. Thank you.

KBS World is not in the default channel list of OSN platform, but KBS World is a free-to-air channel on satellite Nilesat 7° Ouest (TP 11938 V 27500 5/6). Have you try to scan for FTA channels? Perhaps: Menu » Settings » System Setup » Enter the PIN (default 0000) » Free Scan » Satellite Scan » Select Nilesat... If TP 11938 V 27500 5/6 DVB-S QPSK is in the Transonder list: • Auto Scan Or • Select the 11938 V transponder and Find Channels If not: • Set the Transponder to user » add the correct parameters... Finally Add to Channel List and the new channels will be located from channel 1001 and above.

OSN channels is not free how can i watch or see on tv?

Dear Sirs, We live in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We have Decoder from OSN and Pehla from Dubai. We were getting Indian, Pak and many Arab country channels. Live zindian Channels were mostly zee, Starplus, colours, sony &tv and few more with new channels abp, timesnow, aajtak, republic, dstv and many more apart from english channels. Can you tell us if your decoder can work in Ethiopia and even in Lagos, Nigeria. Pl confirm how do we get ur Decoder and pay how much per month to subscribe indian channels mainly and BBC,CGTN & CNN Etc., WHY DO WE NEED UR UNIT?? BECAUSE PEHLA STOPPED RELAYING INDIAN CHANNELS AND OSN HAS DISCONTINUED RELAYING INDIAN CHANNELS. Thanks, Dr. Jawahar Ahuja

Want to have new decoder for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Lagos, Nigeria as zpehla and OSN stopped discontinued relaying zindian and Pak channels.

Indeed, Pehla packages has been discontinued by OSN in July 2019.

Maybe a DiSEqC switch issue. Try Nilesat on DiSEqC positions: • B or 2 • C or 3 • D or 4 Or even: • A or 1

I need more channels in OSN frequencies, please. Such as MBC, BBC, BeIN Sports, Alfa, CNBC, Rotana in OSN.

Unfortunately, Food Network on OSN left, replaced on OSN living is the most popular channel.
