I leave in Belgium. The signal and strength of the sattelite are full but i am unable to have those channels. Can someone please help

Tipically your dish is not aligned to Astra 28,2° East, but to a wrong satellite with same frequencies (Astra 23,5° East, Astra 19,2° East...). Tell us the name of 4 o 5 channels that you get.

What do you mean by “open this frequency”? Is your satellite dish antenna pointing at Astra 2 28.2° East?
