There are a lot of disgruntled Sky+HD users (including myself) who have been having problems receiving CNN HD for the last few days.
As an experiment I tried manually adding a new channel using your parameters but the scan found nothing.
Can you confirm that the new transponder settings are absolutely correct:

That's the very frequency that is giving me problems. Constantly pixilated and breaking up. Had 2 sky engineers call out. They couldn't figure out why it was bad. The dish is perfectly aligned. Signal strength 80 snd and signal quality 90.
