My VU Ultimo rx with a 1 metre dish picks up most of the transponders on Eutelsat 9B, but gets nothing on 12466, which has the only channel I wish to watch. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This beam is focused only to Italy so even with 1 meter dish if you don't live there you won't get any signal.
