halo wier leben in das land iran (teheran). von heute haben wier keinen empfang von deutshe tv kanalen. zdf ist auch von hotbird 13 auf astra 19.2 gegangen. shade! bite denken sie auch an uns.wier wolen auch die deutchen tv programe sehen. danke

Hello A lot of people in middle east and Iraq want to have German language tv but there is no german tv in hotbird 13 or in Astra 19.2 E . If can be able to broadcast on hotbird 13 E or astra 19.2 E it is great for those who need to have german TVs . Best regards

I've been watching ZDF, 3SAT, RT & BBC World on Astra 19.2E for some time. Now ZDF & 3SAT have become "unavailable". RT & BBC World seem to be not transmitting, although my satellite receiver thinks they are all still there. I'm in England. Help!

These channels are always available free-to-air on their frequencies, no changes were made, except for the SD versions of RT and BBC World News. Have you a SD receiver or an HD one ? Not sure if my receiver does HD, but I think it used to. I have another, newer, one, so I'll check, but it's really difficult to use. Are you sure the Germans haven't introduced a licence card, like the Austrians?

Hallo, wir leben in Frankreich und seit einiger Zeit verschlechtert sich der Empfang des deutschen UND des französischen Fernsehens immer mehr. Kein Bild mehr, Bild steckt fest, oder alles flimmert und man sieht das Bild nicht korrekt. Auch meine Lieblingsradiosender wie SWR1 sind verschwunden, der Scan findet sie nicht mehr, sie erscheinen nicht mehr auf der Liste, wenn man aktualisiert. Woran liegen alle diese Fehler?
