this cannot be tuned in the northwest if the UK. Previous TP on 12654 was working fine. Anybody else having this issue?

TP 12558 V can be received in the UK.
Old TP 12654 MHz H was modulated in DVB-S, new TP 12558 MHz V is modulated in DVB-S2 8PSK.
• Check your satellite set-top box is compatible with DVB-S2 signals, that is compatible with HD.
• Check the modifiable TP parameters (Symbol Rate...).
• Usually DVB-S2 8PSK needs a better signal than DVB-S. Perhaps you have an antenna issue and you need more accurate dish alignment, set the skew angle correctly, replace a faulty or inadequate or poor gain / high noise factor LNB, check connections, install a bigger dish...

- I can receive other DVB-S2 channels. I have a zgemma h.2s with open vix image
- All parameters have been thoroughly checked and repeated many times without any success.
- I have realigned the dish, changed to a new dual LNB and using an 80cm perforated dish. To add, I have attempted scanning this channels in a few other properties but cannot seem to tune this in. All of this is happening in the North West of the UK.

I’ve a problem setting the Saudi Quran channel does anyone know size of dish required I’m using a zone 2 mesh dish it picks up over a 1000 channels but is weak on tp12558 any help would be appreciated
